Pat Schally has over 25 years' of sales, marketing and PR experience with start-up companies and established corporations in the computer, training, education and travel industries. She held a unique position at the Tom Peters Company in Palo Alto CA. As "Director of Wow", she worked with the sales & operations divisions to develop an atmosphere of customer delight, holding the vision of exceptional customer service.
A chance meeting with two coaches in 1999 turned her in the direction of her true calling - business and personal coaching. In 2000 she put her entrepreneurial spirit to the test by creating her own coaching company, "Coaching Life's Journey." She began her business while taking advanced coaching courses at The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. where she earned her CPCC (Certified Personal Co-Active Coach).
Pat's tag line is: "Life's a Journey - Take a Coach With You!" She is living her vision to act as a co-pilot with her clients in their journey to extraordinary places. In fact, she actually does go on journeys with local clients by coaching while walking or hiking. She strongly believes in working in tandem with her clients to take bold steps to move into their next level of success. Pat coaches entrepreneurs, sales and marketing pros, people seeking greater health and fitness and, basically, those committed to doing what's needed to be the best they can be. She is also involved in a University of California program where she volunteers as a coach to a student scholar.
Pat is active in her local chapter of the International Coaching Federation and is past membership chair for that organization. She regularly "sharpens the saw" by continuing to develop her coaching practice. She has a BA in Business Management from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA and studied graduate level organizational leadership and career development.
